Truckstops means a branch that is wholly owned by Truck Stops (NZ) Ltd.
Eligible Model List means the list of Hino model variants to which the Hino Fixed Price Service Pricing Program applies, as updated from time to time.
Eligible Vehicles means all model variants set out in the Eligible Model List that are sold by Hino Distributors (NZ) Ltd and specifically excludes:
Service schedule means for all Eligible Vehicles, standard scheduled service intervals set by the manufacturer Hino Motors Ltd.
Service Schedule - Hino means the official service schedule for all Eligible Vehicles and may be amended from time to time. The service schedule differs across models/variants; specific details can be found in your Warranty & Service Book or from your nearest Truckstops branch.
Hino Fixed Price Servicing means the price you will pay to have an Eligible Vehicle serviced at Truckstops based on the manufacturers recommended servicing intervals.
Hino Fixed Price Servicing Program means the program contemplated by these terms and conditions.
The Hino Fixed Price Servicing Program is provided only by Truckstops wholly owned branches.
The Hino Fixed Price Servicing Program provides a yearly (total) and monthly (average) price guide over a three year period, for the servicing of Eligible Vehicles based on the recommended servicing intervals supplied by Hino Motors Ltd. The downloadable PDF provides a yearly (total) and monthly (average) price as well as the specific service per service interval and the fixed price for each service.
The price per service is subject to change without notice hence this document should be used as a guide only.
Servicing conducted under the program relates to the cab and chassis only and must be carried out in accordance with Service Schedule - Hino service interval recommendations. If any scheduled maintenance servicing is missed, additional costs may apply when your vehicle is presented for its next scheduled maintenance service in addition to the Fixed Price Servicing price for that particular service.
The applicable Hino Fixed Price Service will cover the standard items in each Scheduled Service as set out in the Service Schedule – Hino.
The standard items in each Scheduled Service are (subject to condition 5 below and the Service Schedule – Hino):
Items such as Air Filter, Ad Blue Filter and Coolant are not included as part of the A, B, C or Automatic Transmission service. Details of exactly what is included in each service can be obtained through your local Truckstops branch.
As some driving conditions place more stress and strain on your vehicle, some maintenance procedures may be required to be performed more regularly than the Scheduled Services. Your local Truckstops branch can advise you on the benefits of intermediate servicing in line with your vehicle’s operating conditions. Intermediate servicing is not covered under the Hino Service Pricing Program.
These items will be a separate charge to the published Hino Fixed Price Servicing price.
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms and Conditions may be amended by Hino Distributors (NZ) Ltd or Truck Stops (NZ) Ltd from time to time and may at its discretion discontinue the Hino Fixed Price Servicing Program. Amendments will be published on the website www.truckstopscalculator.co.nz and will take effect immediately upon publication.
